Traveling south on I-25,
exit onto eastbound (left) Montgomery.
Follow Montgomery east to Juan Tabo.
Turn right (south) onto Juan Tabo.
Follow Juan Tabo to Menaul.
Turn left on Menaul.
At the first street, Paisano, turn left.
The Institute is on the corner of Menaul and Paisano.

We are in the two corner buildings:

11401 Menaul on the Northeast corner (Yoga Studio)
Our Main office is on the Northwest corner.
Park in front lot and enter the far left entrance.

such as from Las Cruces or El Paso

Traveling north on I-25,
exit eastbound (Santa Rosa exit)
onto Interstate 40.
Follow I-40 East to Juan Tabo.
Exit onto northbound (left) Juan Tabo.
Follow Juan Tabo to Menaul.
Turn right on Menaul.
At the first street, Paisano, turn left.
The Institute is on the corner of Menaul and Paisano.

As you leave the airport, take Sunport Boulevard west to Interstate 25 and follow the directions for Interstate 25, from the south, above.

Exit onto northbound (right) Juan Tabo.
Follow Juan Tabo to Menaul.
Turn right on Menaul.
At the first street, Paisano, turn left.
