The Ayurvedic Center for Healing, Life, and Longevity is the new Ayurvedic Clinic
of the Ayurvedic Institute! This allows us to offer year-round Ayurvedic Consultations and
clinical programs to the public, including the expansion of the Student Clinic,
the new Graduate Clinic program, and future seasonal programs.

Our goals are to further the excellence in Ayurvedic clinical training for our students
and to offer accessible and life-changing Ayurvedic Consultations for our clients.

Graduate Clinic    

The Graduate Clinic of the Ayurvedic Institute is an exciting new program that allows our recent graduates to continue their high level of training by practicing Ayurveda in our professional clinic setting.


We are happy to offer our clients a moderately priced consultation by full Ayurvedic Practitioners.

What is an Ayurvedic Consultation?

An Ayurvedic Consultation consists of three steps:

  1. Assessment – This includes a discussion of client concerns, reasons for the visit, and the client’s health history. The Practitioner will conduct an assessment of signs and symptoms of imbalance. Then the practitioner and the client will discuss what the client is willing and able to do to achieve their stated healthcare goals.
  1. Findings –The Practitioner will analyze the assessment results and compile information to determine the client’s basic Ayurvedic constitution, the current state of imbalance, and the causative factor(s) involved.
  1. Recommendations –The Practitioner will review their assessment and findings, and develop recommendations based on the client’s unique needs, healthcare goals, and current state of imbalance. These recommendations may include information and instruction on diet and eating habits, lifestyle, yoga/exercise, meditation, breathing practices, and other health improvement practices, as appropriate. The client and the Practitioner will refine the recommendations into a protocol that the client can realistically implement to achieve their healthcare goals.

These three general steps are conducted within an approximately 2-hour session.

Follow-up Consultations

After the initial consultation, it is recommended that clients return for at least one follow-up consultation. Follow-up appointments are encouraged as it allows time for the client to follow their recommendations, return with new


insights and observations, and delve deeper into creating balance. The Practitioner may adjust and add to current recommendations or address new health concerns. Follow-up consultations are one hour in length.

Initial Consultation (2 hours) – $45   Follow-up Consultation (1 hour) – $30


All clients of the Student Clinic can be seen for a follow-up appointment in the Graduate Clinic if the duration of time between appointments is 12 months or less; if greater than 12 months, it is beneficial to the client to receive a new initial consultation.

Cancellations: Wwe request that all cancellations are made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a $20 cancellation fee to be charged to your credit card on file.


Upon scheduling an appointment, the Clinic Coordinator will record your credit card information in a secured file (if this is not possible, we will accept pre-payment of an appointment). This card would only be charged in the event of failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours.

To schedule an appointment, we request a credit card number or appointment pre-payment in order to reserve your appointment space. We are happy to discuss these options with you.

All clients must also submit a health history form. It is necessary that this form be submitted before your appointment so that your Practitioner can review it. You may download the health history form within the application package at right or request the forms to be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to you. Then mail, fax (505-294-7572), or drop off the completed form at the Main Office of the Ayurvedic Institute. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
