Through lecture and practice, Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc, Ayurvedic Physician, will teach the theory and methodology of affecting marma points for self healing to bring the doshas, tissues, and channels back into balance. In this lecture, he will specifically address stress management and balancing your own energy field through using marma points for self-healing. |
