Find your unique Ayurvedic prakruti (constitution) through the pulse. Learn how Ayurveda describes health, studies disease, and organizes the physical body into structural tissues and functional channels. Learn the reasoning behind Ayurvedic lifestyle, diet, meditation, tips, and techniques, including how to prepare some basic Ayurvedic dishes at home.
Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc, will show you to how the body, mind, and spirit are one - not separate, and that causes or experiences in one realm can affect the others. This knowledge opens new pathways to healing. For example, you may have a physical ailment that is not rooted in the physical realm. You can take actions that will bring healing even though the cause is from the mind or spirit.
Begin applying Ayurvedic healing concepts and lifestyle recommendations into your existing routine right away. This intensive will expand your knowledge of the foundational principles of this ancient science, whether you are new to Ayurveda or wanting to better integrate the information you already have.
