Meditation: The Greatest Adventure in Life

“Meditation is a great adventure into the unknown.”

Vasant Lad, MASc

Recent scientific studies provide plenty of beneficial reasons to meditate. Meditation regulates mood, increases mental focus and resilience, eases pain, reduces blood pressure, inflammatory disorders and the risk of heart disease, and can improve relationships. Did you know that there is higher purpose of meditation?

In this easily accessible live webinar, Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc, will share his experience and understanding of why the practice of ‘meditation’ needs to come out of the corner of one’s room and enter into every action of daily life - through moment-to-moment looking, listening and doing in a way that is complete, effortless and free from expectations.

He will teach methods of structured and unstructured meditation including japa, mantra, So’Hum, Empty Bowl, chakra meditation and more. Participants will have the opportunity to ask Vasant Lad questions about their own meditation practice and experiences.

Prepare to embark on a dynamic adventure into the unknown!
