Prana Vaha Srotas: Ayurvedic Management of Respiratory System Disorders (Part 2 of 2)

In the first of this two-part webinar on prana vaha srotas (respiratory channel), Vasant Lad introduces us to the structure, functions and significance of this life-carrying channel, and leads us through an Ayurvedic clinical assessment on an actual client. In this second part, Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc, builds upon this knowledge and explores the four types of sroto dushti, the signs and symptoms that indicate when an imbalance is present and discusses the potential causes, which often stem from diet, lifestyle and environmental factors.

He will then draw from decades of clinical Ayurvedic experience to provide you with ways of managing common prana vaha srotas disorders by using aushada (Ayurvedic herbs), ahara (diet), vihara (lifestyle) and other tips and techniques that can restore balance and health to this critical channel of the body.

During this live webinar you will also have the opportunity to submit questions about the topic to Vasant Lad, who will answer them during the course of the webinar.
