Even though this is not the year for travel, we offer you a synopsis of what the past training has been like with the descriptions from our 2019 courses. We will NOT be offering these programs in the Fall season of 2020 for the safety of all: students, staff and clients. We encourage you to stay safe and take care of each other. We will keep you posted as our programs come to fruition.

Here is a great opportunity to study authentic Ayurveda with Vasant Lad, MASc, Ayurvedic Physician, in his home town of Pune, India. Each day you will spend the day at the Vasanta Institute of Ayurveda (VIOA), attending Vasant Lad’s morning lecture and participating in grand rounds in the afternoons as well as observing Vasant Lad as he works with clients from the VIOA neighborhood.

Experience Ayurveda with Vasant Lad as He Conducts His Advanced Clinical Pathology Classes

Learn the Ayurvedic perspectives and management protocols for specific diseases and health conditions. Gain a deeper understanding of cases as they are presented in the afternoon classes. Spend time with an acknowledged master of clinical Ayurveda, observing the fruit of a decades-long practice of Ayurveda and its principles.

You can also schedule a personal consultation with Vasant Lad at his Pranav Clinic in Pune.

For this two week adventure into the wisdom of Ayurveda, you will gather at the designated hotel each morning, Monday through Thursday, to be transported to the beautiful VIOA center east of Pune in the agricultural countryside. There you will attend classes and lectures from 10 am to noon and 2 to 4 pm each day. Lunch is provided each day. Transportation will be provided back to the designated hotel each afternoon.

You will be in classes Mondays through Thursdays with your evenings and weekends (Fridays through Sundays) free for exploring Pune and its culinary delights, shopping, weekend excursions and travel, and just resting and relaxing. VIOA administrators can provide some guidance and suggestions for weekend activities and local Pune highlights.
